At House of Her by KM, all physical products are made especially for each order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or colour preferences.

However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, we will happily offer a replacement or refund.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include clear photos showing the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please note:

• Orders marked as delivered by the carrier cannot be refunded if lost or stolen.

• If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
